**Department Overview**
- Our vision in Corporate Transformation & Operations (CTO) is to strengthen the Bank at its core. The CTO was recently established to ensure our corporate functions continue to remain effective in an increasingly complex operating environment and evolving financial industry. The CTO will drive synergies and leverage scale through various strategies and initiatives to strengthen operational effectiveness across all corporate functions.
- The Specialist, Corporate Colleague Development Programs will be accountable for the following:

- Partner with Centre of Excellence (CoE) program owners and Business Partners to identify learning and development related priorities and design programs.
- Create alignment of learning & development departments with Corporate functions goals
- Support the development and implementation of learning strategies/framework and programs that meet Corporate functions goals
- Optimize training processes across Corporate functions and the CTO.
- Implement effective training methods
- Fosters and promotes awareness of diversity and inclusion initiatives and training opportunities
- Support the development of policies, procedures, programs and initiatives with respect to training and development
- Promotes training, development and educational opportunities
- Serves as the communication and escalation channel for Corporate functions for Learning & Development
- Collaborate with key partners to ensure a thoughtful and business minded development plan is in place.
- Support assigned HR business portfolios with enterprise and business specific program requirements.
- Create efficiencies by identifying and helping to resolve process gaps in existing process'/programs and partner with key stakeholders to create a streamlined approach
- Adjust existing and legacy process' & programs to create a consistent experience across the Corporate functions.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all Program accountabilities
- Partner to ensure programs meet Canadian, US and International business requirements.
- Assist with helping key partners navigate through the Corporate Colleague Development space.
- The HR operating model
- Provide business & customer experience advice to Shared Services and CoE's
- Leverage our relationships across the Enterprise to assist in delivery #CTOCareers #LI-Hybrid

**Job Requirements**

**Education/Accreditations**:

- Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

**Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience**:

- Previous experience working in Learning and Development, Colleague Capabilities & Development, or Training would be beneficial
- Organizational awareness including an understanding of the Corporate functions is considered an asset
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Has the ability to script communications and training material that will be shared with senior leaders; employees and HR teams
- Using a keen awareness and attention to detail, can assess and interpret implications of program design and delivery
- The ability to act autonomously to recommend and implement programs
- Ability to lead a project or program from end to end
- ‘Can Do’ approach continually seeking ways to support partners and leaders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and deliver effectively on ad hoc requests
- Self-motivated manager with capability to work independently
- Demonstrate strong relationship management and influence skills
- Sound judgment, with an ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion
- Strong technical proficiency in the MS Office suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Prepare presentation material to be used at senior leader team level
