**Position Details**:

- **Role**: Grooming Salon Assistant
- **Hours**: 30 hours per week
- **Pay**: $17 per hour
- **Location**: CHOW Bella Grooming Salon & Spa, Okotoks, Alberta

Shifts are as follows:
Mondays: 12 pm to 5 pm

Tuesdays: OFF

Wednesdays: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Thursdays: 12 pm to 5 pm

Fridays: 12 pm to 4:30 pmSaturdays 9 am to 4:30 pm

Sundays & Statutory Holidays: OFF

In this role, you would be an integral part of our team, helping out with various tasks around the salon, including extensive cleaning, administration work, organizing, and assisting our groomers as needed. We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, personable and passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment for both our clients and their pets.

All training will be provided. Some of the tasks you must be willing to complete are:

- Greeting and checking clients in and out
- Booking appointments
- Extensive daily, weekly and monthly cleaning responsibilities. Must have high attention to detail regarding cleaning duties.
- Equipment maintenance
- Assisting the grooming team with their dogs (must be able to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance)
- Ability to take direction from senior salon assistant and manager with a high level of attention to detail.
- General administrative duties
- Social media photography & videography

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
