We’re looking for bilingual sales and customer service associates to join our Travel Insurance team

We currently have openings in our Sherbrooke, Quebec, office.

**What you’ll do here**:

- Work in a fast-paced customer service centre.
- Quote and sell travel insurance to new clients.
- Assist existing clients by offering insightful and helpful travel insurance advice and answering their questions.
- Process insurance transactions in accordance with underwriting and compliance guidelines to meet quality expectations.
- Use established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment.
- Obtain and maintain provincial licences.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Unparalleled customer service.
- Proven communication skills (oral and written).
- Great ability to multi-task in an environment where attention to detail, analysis and problem solving are essential.
- At ease to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule of days, evenings and Saturdays.
- Bilingualism (French-English) is mandatory, as you will be regularly working with clients from across the country.
- Experience in the travel industry, an asset.

**Full-time**: 35 hours a week
