Are you a self-starter and can keep up with a fast-paced environment? Do you pick up new software and technology easily? Do you love working with people? If so, we are looking for a property administrator to join our growing team

As the administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date list of all the owners and tenants of the commercial properties we manage. In addition, you will be tasked with creating management agreements, generating and distributing correspondence to our clients, monthly invoicing, and other general administrative duties. The primary function of the admin is to provide support to the property managers.

This is a busy role, and it requires an individual with the ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and superior customer service skills. Previous experience in the real estate or legal industry would be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
