Performance Marketing Specialist

You’ll be reporting to our Director in charge of demand generation. You’ll be using analytics tools to measure the success of our campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our website and landing pages to ensure that they’re converting at the highest possible rate. If you’re a go-getter who’s passionate about driving results and pushing boundaries, we’d love to have you on board
**Key Responsibilies**:
- You'll be responsible for coming up with and putting into action strategies that drive traffic, leads, and revenue to our website.
- You'll optimize paid marketing campaigns to get the best possible return on investment for channels like SEM, PPC, retargeting, LinkedIn, sponsored content, and content syndication. Basically, if we're paying to place it, you'll be in charge of getting the best bang for our buck
- You'll be analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Hubspot, and then reporting your findings to the team.
- You'll be working with the marketing team to identify and prioritize new opportunities for growth.
- You'll also be in charge of optimizing our website and landing pages to make sure they're converting at the highest possible rate.
- You'll need to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, and share your knowledge with the rest of the team.
- You'll negotiate with and manage third-party advertsiers
- You'll manage conversions and web KPIs in collaboration with the content team, and constantly be testing and learning to show the value of our marketing campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- We're looking for someone who has at least 3 years of experience in demand generation, and can manage campaign tactical execution
- You should be familiar with tools like Hubspot, Google Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, Salesforce, and SEMRush
- Communication and collaboration skills are super important, as well as being a self-starter who can get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- You should be able to multitask while still keeping everyone in the loop, and be able to handle stress and pressure like a pro.
- We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating amazing marketing campaigns and who can work with people at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn advertsing. Google Adversising, and Salesforce
