**JOB SUMMARY**

The Bilingual Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing support and clinical expertise to the Acute Care healthcare market.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Works with the Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to introduce Medline products
and programs to customers.
- Conducts presentations or in-services to educate customers on existing and potential products
- Works alongside sales representatives and full-time clinical staff to:

- Attend team meetings/presentations
- Provide on-going education as outlined by Medline/specific National Brands
- Support the healthcare facilities policy and practices at all times
- Assists sales team with planning and conducting product evaluations and implementations
- Is available for all shifts when required for training or education purposes, specifically during in-services or implementations
- Completes clinical summaries of visits made
- Completes account updates on a regular basis (in Smart Sheet or otherwise)
- Travels when required in order to service customers in various territories, depending on needs
- Attends local or national trade shows and conferences as required
- Communicates and collaborates with colleagues
- Is a clinical resource for all Medline personnel
- Assists training of newly hired personnel
- Completes other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Registered Nurse - Current Registration required
- Broad experience in nursing preferred - 2-3 years preferred
- Operating Room experience essential and required - 2-3 years required
- University Nursing Degree | College Nursing Diploma
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively to external stakeholders including non-native English speakers, senior executive management, and all other levels of personnel throughout the organization.
- This includes excellent skills in oral and written communications and presentations as required
- Bilingual English and French Required
- Expertise in operating room required, wound care, Continence management an asset
- Basic computer skills (Excel/MS Word/PowerPoint on a Mac/PC) required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Outgoing and affable personality
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
- Ability to work under pressure in an ever changing and dynamic environment
- Able to work independently with very mínimal supervision
- Driver’s license required
