**Role Description**

**Position Responsibilities**Required Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in education or related field
- Minimum Five (5) years successful ELA teaching experience in K-12
- Availability to teach on-campus multiple days per week per term
- Familiarity using Blackboard, or Google Classroom to support course delivery

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Doctoral Degree in Education, English, or a related discipline
- Minimum Five (5) years successful ELA teaching experience in K-12
- Post-secondary teaching experience
- Leadership work within school divisions directly tied to Literacy frameworks / curriculum
- Experience teaching adults in an in-class** **setting in person
