- **Leadership & Management**:_
- Manage, monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of staff.
- Responsible for exceeding all studio sales goals.
- Oversee the sales process and systems with all staff
- Handle recruitment, hiring, training, reviewing and scheduling for the assigned location.
- Mentor studio team members for ongoing success and future growth.
- Assist in disciplinary actions involving all Sales Associates and coordinators at the studio.
- **Sales & Outreach**:_
- Oversee direct sales through required outreach programs.
- Consistently hit sales quota every month.
- Plan and promote monthly studio events using studio tools for outreach and community involvement.
- **Operational Duties**:_
- Meet performance metrics (KPIs) including revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance.
- Ensure the facility is maintained, clean, and operationally efficient.
- Enforce all studio policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
- **Customer Service**:_
- Address studio facility needs promptly and anticipate service needs for staff and members.
- Effectively handle customer service issues.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Sales experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in french.
- Ability to motivate a large group with high energy.
- Independent thinking and the capacity to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Effective decision-making abilities.
- Team player with a keen interest in cross-functional collaboration.
- Uphold honesty, integrity, and accountability.

**Poste de Manager chez Boxxing Studio**:

- **Leadership & Gestion**:_
- Gérer, surveiller, développer et évaluer les performances du personnel.
- Responsable de dépasser tous les objectifs de vente du studio.
- Superviser le processus de vente et les systèmes avec tout le personnel
- Gérer le recrutement, l’embauche, la formation et la planification pour le lieu assigné.
- Mentorat des membres de l’équipe du studio pour un succès continu et une croissance future.
- Aider aux actions disciplinaires impliquant tous les associés de vente et les coordinateurs du studio.
- **Vente & Sensibilisation**:_
- Superviser les ventes directes à travers les programmes de sensibilisation requis.
- Planifier et promouvoir des événements mensuels du studio en utilisant les outils du studio pour la sensibilisation et l’implication communautaire.
- **Tâches Opérationnelles**:_
- Atteindre les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) y compris les revenus, les commandes, l’inventaire, la paie, le contrôle des coûts et la maintenance des installations.
- Veiller à ce que le studio soit maintenu, propre et opérationnellement efficace.
- Appliquer toutes les politiques, pratiques commerciales, systèmes et processus du studio.
- **Service Client**:_
- Répondre rapidement aux besoins des installations du studio et anticiper les besoins de service pour le personnel et les membres.
- Gérer efficacement les problèmes de service client.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Expérience en vente est préférée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Capacité à motiver un grand groupe avec une haute énergie.
- Pensée indépendante et capacité à exercer discrétion et jugement indépendant.
- Capacités décisionnelles efficaces.
- Joueur d’équipe avec un vif intérêt pour la collaboration inter-fonctionnelle.
- Préserver l’honnêteté, l’intégrité et la responsabilité.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
