Montréal, Canada Boxxing studio inc. Full time

**SALES ASSOCIATE ROLE**_**(COMISSION + base salary)**:_

**JOB DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Maintains accurate records using established sales systems.
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
- Leads studio previews/tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio.
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
- Works closely with the Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative training programs.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent customer service skills - Previous sales experience is a plus (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred).
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Functional computer skills required.
- MS O ce basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use.
- Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred.
- High school diploma required.
- Speaking/writing french and english fluently is required.
- Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.

**LES FONCTIONS DU POSTE COMPRENNENT**:

- Maintenir des dossiers clients à l'aide des systèmes de vente établis.
- Effectuer des demandes de renseignements téléphoniques/des appels de suivi/des appels d'assistance à la clientèle.
- Diriger des tournées du studio avec des clients potentiels
- Accueillir les membres et les invités, avec enthousiasme et le sourire pour créer une atmosphère positive et amicale dans le studio.
- Participer à 1-2 classes par semaine.
- Responsable des transactions en espèces et par carte de crédit.
- Suivi des activités avec tous les clients potentiels.
- Intégrer correctement tous les clients à travers les processus de vente établis.
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des entraîneurs pour s'assurer que les processus sont respectés.

**QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONNELLES**:

- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle - Expérience de vente antérieure préférée, avec de solides compétences en vente (expérience de travail dans une structure de quota de vente préférée).
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite requises.
- Capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches et d'exceller dans un environnement occupé.
- Compétences informatiques fonctionnelles requises.
- Connaissance des logiciels suivants : MS Office (word, excel), Utilisation de logiciels de programme informatique de base.
- Les personnes pour qui l’entraînement, la mise en forme et le bien être est une prioritésont fortement préférées.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires requis.
- Parler/écrire couramment le français et l'anglais est requis.
- Flexible pour travailler le jour, le soir et/ou le week-end selon les besoins.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MONTRÉAL, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
