North Rock Rentals-JCB is one of Sudbury’s leading rentals and sales providers of JCB equipment and serves all Northern Ontario.

We are seeking a motivated individual that will drive revenue growth by closing sales and exceeding targets in a competitive market while building strong long-term relationships with new and existing customers. An Ambitious person that can develop new business relationships with the main goal of providing them with the best new and used equipment that will help make a positive impact on their business.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your knowledge of construction equipment and services to effectively communicate with your customers.
- Manage the assigned territory with new and existing accounts to ensure Company goals and values are met
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular on-site visits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery of exceptional service.
- Perform customer service functions including initiating and follow-up with customers to resolve problems as it relates to invoicing, products, or services
- Prepare and present quotes, recommend products or services based on customer business needs
- Prospect for new mining commercial and industrial customers. Identify potential business, schedule meetings, and make cold calls with new companies actively promoting and selling the new equipment
- Develop strong relationships with supplier/manufacturer sales representatives to continually promote our product lines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word and have a general working knowledge of computer systems.
- Sales experience in a similar field would be considered an asset
- Ability to safely drive company vehicles for an extended period
