**WHAT**
**WILL I BE DOING?**
- Performs landscaping and maintenance duties on Blue Mountain Resort property and Resort affiliated properties. Work includes, but not limited to;
- Planting and preservation of trees, bushes and hedges
- Installation and care of new and existing flower beds
- Mowing and trimming of lawns
- Makes basic repairs/ maintenance of department equipment such as mowers, tractor/trailers
- Completes general construction tasks including brick/stone work and wooden structures
- Informs Management of supplies required, such as equipment parts
- Responsible for waste management of trash, recycling and food waste (organic matter)

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Valid Class "G" Driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
- Experience in grounds construction and soft-scapes an asset
- Understanding of interlock and retaining wall installations an asset
- Experience in lift and relaying of interlock (new and old surfaces) an asset
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions (rain, heat, humidity, etc)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
