**WHAT **WILL I BE DOING?**
- Lead a team to relentlessly build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
- Skillfully and creatively sell our culture in order to highlight our unique workplace and attract the best applicant’s attention
- Be the SME for Workday Recruiting to provide the business with data that indicate the health of recruiting
- Make public presentations at schools, conferences, organizations and job fairs regarding Blue Mountain and its opportunities
- In collaboration with department leaders, determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements; make recommendations.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- 7+ years’ experience on an agency and/or in-house talent team that produces high-volume results
- 5+ years’ experience in international recruitment, including participation in Government led immigration streams, including Temporary Foreign Worker Program, International Mobility program etc. Understands the Permanent Residence process.
- Experience with Recreation, Hospitality and/or Tourism industries preferred
