**Title**:Associate, Digital Solutions

**Location**: London, Ontario, Canada (remote)

**Reports to**:Director, Digital Solutions

**The Role**: You will develop the analytics and data insights for J.D. Power's customer satisfaction survey research-based business, particularly those that measure digital channel performance. Primary duties include: contributing to the research process, interpretation of survey data, developing presentations that will help our clients improve their business, as well as ad hoc analysis for clients. You will work with a team of Consumer Insights experts, Digital Solutions team, and business units from specific industries (e.g., auto, financial services, insurance, etc.).

**The Impact**: The Digital Solutions Associate should have 2 years of experience and will be working on a 7-person Digital Solutions team. You are expected to be a self-starter who can work without close supervision and with other departments within the company's matrix environment. You will conduct analysis of survey data to help clients improve customer satisfaction and drive business results. You will be supporting the research that is foundational to understanding our clients' businesses. Since this role focuses on client digital channels, an interest in and enthusiasm for all things digital is critical.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop reports and client presentations
- Deliver customized analysis and respond to client requests in a timely manner
- Support the planning and execution of client meetings on a regular basis
- Support the design of questionnaire, sample programming, and data processing specifications
- Support financial management activities with your assigned projects
- Coordinate multiple project tasks simultaneously with limited supervision
- Ensure the accuracy of client deliverables
- Establish professional working relationships within the department and with other departments and clients where appropriate
- Support and promote the company's Code of Business Ethics, Company Values, and Leadership Attributes

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a preference toward Business, Economics, Statistics, Design, or Engineering
- Interest in and enthusiasm for all things digital
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytic skills—ability to analyze survey data, interpret survey results, and deliver insights
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word)
