As an analyst on the National Bank Operations mutual fund accounting team, you’ll contribute to delivering a superior client experience by supporting colleagues and partners with our products, systems, and processes. **Your role**
- Analyze information to define problems and resolve them
- Collect, compile, and verify the accuracy of data needed to produce financial statements
- Identify stakeholder needs, provide useful information, and make recommendations to optimize processes and procedures
- Prepare and analyze daily and monthly cash reconciliation discrepancies
- Help senior analysts produce financial statements and audits
- Maintain strong relationships with internal partners
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards that define our activities
- Contribute to work procedure improvement, development, and simplification projects

National Bank’s mutual fund accounting sector is responsible for calculating mutual fund unit prices, producing financial statements, and preparing tax returns.

Be part of a team of dynamic analysts whose mission is to produce annual and quarterly mutual fund financial statements for internal and external partners.

**Competencies required**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience OR any other combination of education and experience considered equivalent
- Able to work with multiple systems to analyse discrepancies and resolve them
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office

**Preferred competencies**
- CPA designation or in the process of being obtained
- Proactive, sense of initiative, and able to take charge
- Team spirit and collaboration
- Bilingualism
