**Position Summary**
The Centre for Online Learning & Microcredentials (COLM), in partnership with TV Ontario (TVO), delivers Ontario Secondary School credit courses internationally in China, India and the CARICOM and domestically to students who need select OSSD credits to gain admission Centennial College degree and diploma programs. Reporting to the Chair, Distance and Online Learning, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the provision of support to students, facilitators, TVO and the Chair of the Centre for Online Learning and Microcredentials.

The Program Coordinator provides administrative and academic support to learners in their portfolio, including administration of TVO courses, liaising between TVO and Centennial’s various departments, providing efficient customer service, student admissions and registration supports. This is achieved by providing excellence in customer/student servicing with respect to student needs, providing support to the Academic Chair, TVO partners and support of enrollment growth through a variety of activities. In addition, the position is the primary point of contact with TVO and is responsible for gathering data in support of course/program analysis and ongoing development, environmental analysis and reporting.

To meet program customer service needs, the incumbent may be expected to work evening/weekends to meet the needs of an international audience of learners.

**Responsibilities**
- Provides admissions and academic support and guidance to international and domestic students
- Facilitates student learning by providing proactive guidance and support to students who are completing courses
- Develops processes and strategies to support learners and enhance the asynchronous online learning experience
- Builds relationships and liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to promote, grow and sustain programming
- Facilitates the development of information flow processes between Centennial, TVO and OntarioLearn
- Ensures the academic integrity of the courses/programs within the TVO partnership
- Administers registration, enrollment processes and invoicing/payments
- Liaises with TVO on course scheduling, student registration and eligibility and determination of course sustainability
- Ensures each student meets TVO’s English Language Proficiency
- Ensures student information is maintained accurately across multiple (internal and external) SIS’s according to each organization’s needs
- Works collaboratively with TVO team to problem solve and continuously develop and improve policies, processes and resources/tools
- Develops strong relationships with TVO stakeholders to grow and develop the partnership while ensuring that both Centennial and TVO’s needs are met
- Creates and maintains accurate and timely information for digital and print communications for programs/courses in collaboration with TVO and marketing teams to support retention activities and attract new students to the programs
- Extracts and organizes data, patterns and trends, and identifies risks to synthesize into information, recommendations and reports.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Four (4) year degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Administration or related area
- Minimum three (3) years related practical experience in an administrative client-facing role, preferably in a post-secondary environment.
- Demonstrated project coordination experience; planning and coordinating complex projects from initial needs analysis though to implementation.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to pro-actively and collaboratively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
