Drewlo Holdings is a family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 65 years. Since 1958 we have been constructing and operating rental apartment towers across Southwestern Ontario and proving homes to thousands of Canadians.

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to efficiently manage our fleet of various vehicles. We have an extensive fleet of vehicles including a variety of heavy equipment that we rely on daily to keep the construction process moving forward. We are looking for someone with strong managerial experience to keep this essential part of our business moving forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage fleet, including scheduling, directing work and performance management
- Determine the needs of the fleet
- Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition
- Ensure all work is being done in a safe manner
- Executes work with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Technical knowledge is an asset
- Must have a valid G driver's license
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong trouble shooting and technical skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Comply with all workplace policies and procedures

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
