Job Summary: The Help Desk CCTV Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and customer service to field technicians and clients experiencing issues with their Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems. They will troubleshoot problems, provide guidance and support, and escalate issues as necessary. The technician will also document and track all technician and customer interactions and resolutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical assistance and customer service to field technicians and clients experiencing issues with their CCTV systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with CCTV systems over the phone or via remote access software
- Provide direction to field technicians installing new CCTV equipment, ensuring that the final installation is complete and standards are met
- Provide guidance and support to clients on how to use their CCTV systems effectively
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as necessary
- Document all field technician and customer interactions and resolutions in a help desk ticketing system
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques related to CCTV systems.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of CCTV systems and network IP addressing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while supporting multiple field technicians simultaneously
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Must be Billigual in French language and be able to provide support in French both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications:

- Technical degree or certification in computer networking, electronics or a related field
- Experience working with analog and IP-based CCTV systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
