We are looking for a **motivated individual who loves to work outdoors **to join our professional team as a **Yard Coordinator / General Labourer** at our **Trench Safety **branch located in **Gormley, ON**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Inspect returned equipment, red tag, and cycle through the service workflow. Rotate equipment from wash bay, to necessary service bay, to prep and paint and back into the service line.
- Communicate damage to branch manager right away for Work Order management.
- Keep Build a box, XLAP shields, adjustable spreader and high arch spreader stacked, unbuild, serviced, and neatly organized at all times.
- Communicate parts requisitions to shop foreman for purchase.
- Wash/Clean equipment, maintain clean physical facilities, organize equipment in the yard.
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
- Work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks in a timely & efficient manner.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Qualifications and Requirements:_
- Must be comfortable working outdoors.
- Valid Gdriver’s license with a driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points).You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.
- Individual must be detailed oriented, organized, and display pride in their work keeping the equipment under their management clean, serviced and always organized.
- Available to work overtime when required.
- Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Self-starter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
