**Duties**
- Responsible for directing yard staff on yard organization, clean-up and daily preparation
- Manage other yard staff and prepare daily orders for delivery & pick-up
- Develop and maintain excellent staff relationships and a positive and safe team environment in all aspects of work
- Provide exceptional service whenever engaging customers
- Coordinate with Office and Shop staff to prepare orders by pulling material, preparing shipments, and loading for delivery
- Unload deliveries of lumber, organize on yard or in warehouse
- Stock showroom shelves as necessary
- Monitor inventory levels and alert Office Manager when material levels are low
- As with other positions at CML, the Yard Supervisor may at times be assigned other duties as needed to complement the overall team

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
