**Overview of Position**:
The E-Commerce Associate will be responsible for managing our company website alongside multiple other sales channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company website, ensuing inventory is up to date, new products are being added as needed, and marketing is current
- Resolving any website issues as they appear in a timely and effective manner (working with our web design team)
- Manage multiple other sales channels, ensuring the inventory is up to date, promotions are being scheduled on time and within budget, and issues are being resolved as needed
- Engage in market research to ensure our pricing remains competitive
- Work closely with other e-commerce associates to keep pricing consistent across multiple channels
- Work with the purchasing team to keep products appropriately stocked for the website and schedule deliveries as needed

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft systems (especially Excel)
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent reading and writing skills and attention to detail
- Problem solving skills, takes initiative to find creative solutions to problems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as a team
- Ability to multitask

**Working Conditions**:

- In Office (this is _**not **_a work from home or a hybrid position).
- Mostly sedentary
- Using the computer and phone for prolonged periods of time

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in either an e-commerce role or account management role
- Marketing and market research experience an asset

Experience with Woocommerce, Copywriting and Data entry an asset.

**Education**:

- Must be finished school (this is a full time, permanent position).
- University or college degree/diploma in business, marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

**Job Type**:

- Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
