**Job Title**: Project Manager - Project Portfolio Management Implementation

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system for our client. This role involves coordinating project resources, managing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to capture requirements for a new PPM tool.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Facilitate engagement sessions with stakeholders, including executive leaders, project owners, and end users, to gather requirements and align project objectives.
- Oversee the documentation of business processes and technical requirements.
- Monitor project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular progress updates and presentations to senior leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing IT or enterprise system implementation projects.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with PPM tools and knowledge of enterprise project management best practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour

Schedule:

- On call
