**About Our Opportunity**:
As the Supervisor/Customer Service Leader (Program Admin Officer 3), you will work under the direction of the Manager of Business Registration Unit.

You will oversee and positively effect change management and engagement across the team and conduct quality reviews of work and system reports and provide input on system and business process needs, enhancements, testing, and ways to reduce administrative burden and improve the delivery of programs.

In addition, your responsibilities are (but not limited to):

- Collaborating daily with peers, management, team members, and Operations Support to provide input on system and business process needs, enhancements, testing, and ways to reduce administrative burden and improve the delivery of programs.
- Supervising all aspects of workload and smooth effective delivery through multiple channels from intake, adjudication, issue and support to meet or exceed established and varied service standards.
- Initiating and coordinating the hiring processes and establishing Employee Planning and Development plans.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
You also have:

- experience developing and implementing employee development plans.
- superior observation and communication skills to provide daily feedback to team members in a constructive, accurate, and meaningful way.
- knowledge of program development and implementation methodology.
- knowledge of programs and services provided by government.
- well developed client service orientation with effective communication skills to work with team members, clients, and internal/external agencies and government departments.

In addition:

- You possess strong organizational commitment, analytical thinking skills and leadership ability
- You have demonstrated proficiency in MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and web-based sharing software such as SharePoint.
- Ability to speak French or other languages, having past mental health training, implementing performance and absence management programs, as well as experience working with programs delivered by the Business Registration Unit are assets.

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.
