**The impact you'll make**:
Reporting to the SVP of Retail, the Regional Manager West is responsible for the execution of Saje’s brand experience, community member strategy and people experience in our Western market. The Regional Manager West is an experienced retail professional and leader of leaders, who understands the balance between people, process and product that consistently delivers world-class customer experiences, maximizing the brand and financial contribution of each store. The Regional Manager leads their team of District Managers to continuously refine their day-to-day execution, build and maintain a pool of highly motivated and creative talent, and embed each Saje store in its community as a platform for continuous outreach. The Regional Manager West will support their District Managers in realizing their greatest potential by supporting the forward financial, talent and business planning for each area, translating the Retail strategy into clear operating plans that ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the fleet.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

**What you'll do**:
Retail Strategy
- Growing Saje’s business by operationalizing our long-term consumer engagement strategy, managing executional risks through long-term talent and process planning
- Implementing and iterating on Saje's unique in-store consumer experience, characterized by a balance between high-touch service and education, inspiring visual merchandising, and rewarding community outreach
- Leading and influencing cross-functional workstreams as the voice of Retail and the Community Member, with partners that include digital, product, marketing, creative, people and operations; ensure the delivery of programs with the greatest possible impact to our customers and team members
Operations & Finance
- Maximizing sales productivity by implementing and maintaining strong workforce management, including forecasting, scheduling and payroll best practices, and performance management
- Sustaining best-in-class operational disciplines supporting product management, stock accuracy and omnichannel execution, to ensure the best opportunity for inventory in the right stores at the right times
- Partnering closely with Finance and Go To Market teams to provide up-to-date sales forecasting by Region, District and store, share community member and store insights on product and campaign performance, and formulate actions to capitalize on opportunities

People Leadership & Development
- Leading and growing the Western Saje Retail team, driving a high-performance organization who is inspired by our brand's vision, and enrolled in the Regional Manager West's plans to win new members to the Saje community, while rewarding our returning customers
- Inspiring and engaging with retail leaders at all levels, continually reinforcing their role as educators, brand ambassadors and drivers of our financial growth
- Creating a team environment where all Team Members feel a sense of belonging, inclusion and clarity in the role they play in Saje's success

Measurement & Management
- Measuring the performance of all activities and assessing them against history and trends, in order to speedily adjust to meet channel goals
- Leveraging reporting and feedback to create meaningful, actionable insights that can progress channel execution as a whole
- Directing the use of retail expenses to their best possible ROI in partnership with Finance, highlighting opportunities for investment and efficiency on a continuous basis
