**About the Opportunity**:
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Secondary School graduation with post-secondary training in a relevant program of study
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory position
- Previous experience in a facilities management or a supervisory role in a continuous operation, preferably in the health or human services sector
- Able to self-manage, organize priorities and handle competing demands effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage effectively with people
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry
- Ability to read, write and understand oral and written instructions in English
- Ability to read and interpret manuals related to equipment and safety
- Must be able to stop, lift and carry items of various weights
- Previous experience in a unionized workplace is considered an asset

This is a full-time permanent position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
