**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Assessor**: Evaluate our capacity and capability to embark on and victoriously deliver projects and changes within the existing organizational tapestry.
- **Advisory Ace**: Be the trusted counsel to Senior Management on pivotal issues determining our program or project’s trajectory.
- **HR Strategist**: Design holistic business rules and policies governing our human resource management dynamics.
- **Harmonizer**: Ensure alignment between our HR strategies and overarching government-wide frameworks.
- **Evolutionary Expert**: Craft processes for continuous appraisal and enhancement of organizational accountabilities and competencies.
- **Blueprint Builder**: Perform system-centered mapping to crystallize organizational processes, from inception to execution.
- **Change Champion**: Conceive organizational metamorphoses rooted in MGIS’s strategy and ethos.
- **Solution Sculptor**: Prototype potential solutions, weigh alternatives, and chart the course for organizational enhancements.
- **Organizational Oracle**: Provide insightful advice and hands-on assistance in ushering organizational modifications.
- **Mentor & Motivator**: Spearhead coaching, mentoring, and training sessions to cultivate a culture of excellence.
- **Health Detective**: Conduct organizational health check-ups and strategize implementations.

**Must-Haves**:

- Valid Government of Canada Secret clearance.
- A university degree or college diploma.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational development and transformation.
- Adeptness in system-centered process mapping and strategic assessments.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Certifications pertinent to Organizational Development such as SHRM, ATD, PROSCI, or equivalent credentials.
