**Role Mission**

At our clients company, each team member has a voice and owns their work in a fast-paced, progressive environment. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with their leadership and development teams, while interacting with their clients. They empower their product teams to solve hard problems in ways that our customers love yet work for our business, building and influencing platform development.

**Deliverables**:

- Enable product vision by ensuring that the strategic direction of the product aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and user testing in pursuit of a deep understanding of user and customer needs
- Own the development of the product roadmap. Including the why behind the roadmap items, what needs to be delivered through defining product requirements, and when the target delivery date is planned
- Own and drive the whole product lifecycle from conception to launch, driving scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Facilitate and contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to ensure successful product delivery
- Collaborate with the leadership team to establish roadmap details and product requirements
- Pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis, leveraging knowledge within the leadership team
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products and development to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability

- University Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years working on technology-powered products
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of product discovery and product delivery
- Experience leading and driving elements of the product development lifecycle (e.g., product goals, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements)
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing, and to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
