The opportunity

The primary focus of this role is to deliver analytical solutions with excellence. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Treasury & Reporting, it emphasizes exceptional customer service and effective communication. Working with autonomy, the Analyst collaborates within established policy, procedures, and guidelines.

What you’ll be doing

Customer service excellence. Communication. Attention to detail.- Participate in the development of new reports and optimizing existing reports.- Provide analysis of reports, identify trends and anomalies.- Work collaboratively with end users to assist in defining strategic solutions that solve business issues and enhance corporate performance.- Liaise with IT development staff.- Perform analysis of data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.- Identify, develop and facilitate implementation of reporting improvement opportunities.- Respond to inter-departmental inquiries.

Successful Incumbent

In this role, we need someone with top-tier customer service and interpersonal skills, adept at communication while maintaining confidentiality. The successful incumbent will prioritize quality service, exercise discretion in handling customer transactions, and foster positive relationships internally and externally. They will effectively communicate ideas, build trust, and manage challenges to achieve positive outcomes.

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from- 1-3 years demonstrated experience in business analysis or intelligence operations.- Post secondary education or equivalent working experience.- Advanced skills in SQL, Salesforce or business intelligence software considered an asset.- Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically in Excel and Word.
