Victoria, Canada Ruby’s Farm Equine Management Full time

Ruby's Farm Equine Management is owner Pam Nezil's beautiful stables housing and training upwards of 15 horses including yearlings, BC mustangs/wildies, and warmblood dressage specialists. We are looking for experienced stable hands for daily responsibilities including stall and paddock cleaning, turn out/in, water, feeding, and maintenance jobs including minor fence repairs, painting, grounds maintenance, and composting. Our crew is equine-experienced, physically fit, detail oriented, positive and team oriented. We have an awesome work environment: safe, outdoors, gorgeous animals. We aim to hire self-motivated, excellent communicators, with an over-arching interest in equine management and welfare. Reliable transportation is required as we are not on a bus route. Opportunities to collaborate in training young stock as well as grooming, and exercising are available for experienced, interested individuals.. We are an ethical, evidence-based, and effective training barn practicing best management without compromise.

The position is permanent, part-time, mornings typically starting at 7:30 am

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
