JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supporting driving top line growth, brand health, volume and share via consumer lead renovation and innovation initiatives for Labatt Canada-
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team including insights, brand, finance, logistics, supply, sales, technical development, external partners and internal stakeholders to bring new innovations to the Canadian marketAbility to focus on project ownership, management, management and implementation of the concept following the ABI Innovation Stage Gate Process, including:- Product development-
- Business case, financials, approvals and finally launch and in-market management/measurement-
- Other responsibilities include: Budget management and Process trackingJOB QUALIFICATIONS- Post secondary degree or in Business or related discipline is preferred-
- A minimum of 5 years marketing and 2 years of project management experience, with related packaged goods, beverage goods or beverage alcohol-
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills-
- Ability to manage a wide range of multiple priorities with a drive to stretch and achieve results-
- Strong financial and leadership skills-
