Credit Analyst

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**THE ROLE**
- Write a detailed analysis of the customer and their business, focusing on capacity to pay, cash flow coverage and unusual items noted on their financial statements
- Analyze credit reports and financial statements and verify values for used equipment
- Perform credit analysis and write-ups for submission
- Analyze all aspects of a situation to gain thorough insight to make decisions and identify key components of a problem to formulate a solution or solutions
- Forward exception credit situations to the Manager, Credit as needed for speedy and equitable resolution

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong integrity, professionalism and work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- You are detail oriented and able to identify errors
- Advanced ability to manage and prioritize a complex workload while adhering to performance goals
- High self-management capabilities
- Results driven and action oriented
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of relevant commercial credit adjudication experience
- Intermediate skills in financial statement analysis
- Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree is an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
