Nous recherchons actuellement un.e **Gérant.e** pour notre succursale A/Maze Hochelaga.

**Exigences clés**:

- Disponible au moins 25 heures par semaine

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Gestion des employés : recrutement, planification des horaires et suivi des heures de travail
- Formation et développement des employés
- Assurer la qualité et le bon fonctionnement des activités (jeux d’évasion)
- Maintenir une communication efficace entre le personnel et la direction

Nous recherchons un.e **gérant.e à temps plein**. Ce poste inclut la gestion des jeux d’évasion, l’encadrement et le développement des employés, ainsi qu’une interaction continue avec les clients. Established in 2014, A/Maze Entertainment is one of the leading companies in the Escape Game industry in Montreal. We have built over 20 unique experiences, including escape games, axe throwing, and a bar & restaurant.

We are currently looking for a **Manager** for our A/Maze Hochelaga location.

**Key Requirements**:

- Available for at least 25 hours per week
- Have management experience
- Bilingual (French/English)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Staffing, scheduling, hiring, and monitoring work hours
- Employee training and development
- Ensuring the quality and smooth operation of all experiences (escape games)
- Maintaining effective communication between staff and management
