**Who You'll Work With**
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Preparation and distribution of invoices to customers
- Collection of unpaid customer invoices
- Resolving payment discrepancies
- Improve accounts receivable turnover
- Accounts receivable aging review, reconciliation and calculation of provisions
- Prepare revenue reports and analysis
- Deferred revenue tracking and reconciliation
- Assist in year-end audit, budgeting and forecasting
- Commission calculations
- Prepare balance sheet analysis for all A/R and revenue related accounts
- Create new customers and maintenance of the customer database in Quickbooks
- Support the regulatory compliance in internal control over financial reporting and sales taxes
- Assist in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans
- Assist is SAP Business One implementation
- Responding to ad hoc requests from the business
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Advanced knowledge of Excel with ability to manage complex data
- Minimum of 3 years relevant business experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent collection management skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to step out of the box, conceptualize and problem solve
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple competing priorities and be flexible and resilient
