Job Summary

conversationHEALTH, a division of Real Chemistry, is growing its team and has an exciting new Finance Manager role. conversationHEALTH is a global health innovation company powering millions of AI conversations - making the world a healthier place for all. Our SaaS products and consulting services are helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies reimagine how they engage Health Care Practitioners, patients, and consumers.

The Finance Manager supports and works closely with the CFO of conversationHEALTH to monitor and control financial results by overseeing accounting, treasury, and revenue recognition and leading monthly closing, including issuing monthly performance reporting. The Finance Manager will also develop and execute internal controls plus assist with forecasting and financial analysis. What You’ll Do
- Revenue management:_- Support sales team with contract preparation and reviews.- Ensure clients are billed in accordance with work order specifications.- Assist in tracking of client deliverables for proper invoicing and revenue recognition.- Calculate project profitability by Customers.- Extract & analyze financial data and project-related information from different sources.- Ensure timely cash collection.
- Accounting:_- Work with Accounting to provide inputs into the financial close (accruals, reconciliations, journal entry guidance) and understand key drivers versus Budget and Forecast.- Assist with monthly closing activities and ensure monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial results are reported on a timely basis.
- Financial Analysis:_- Analyze monthly results to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reasonability.- Participate in quarterly and annual resource planning and forecasting activities.
- Other:_- Prepare required reports and update multiple project dashboards for monthly management reviews.- Prepare and submit pricing sheets for Client Success and Business Development teams.- Support internal partners with timely input and ad hoc analysis to keep the business moving forward.- Required to coordinate project reviews for all assigned projects and performing audits while collaborating with Technical Project Managers (TPM’s), Engineers, and Directors.

What You Should Have- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting or a relevant field.- 3+ years of professional experience in Client/Corporate Finance with familiarity of a professional services organization.- Foundational knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, controls and compliance.-
