**Description**

The Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM) will have deep understanding of the Zeus Fitness brand and aim to expand it's reach by promoting and offering products and services to local businesses and individuals in Canada.

The SMM will be responsible for addressing any gaps in the line of business, creating new relationships and spotting business opportunities to bring awareness of our products and services. Strong communication and social media presence is required. This role will allow you to work closely with the management and design team in a collaborative environment. You will be a key member of a small local team with a strong passion in health and wellness. At Zeus Fitness your voice matters.

**What you’ll do**:

- Enjoy a **Hybrid Remote** work environment to suit your needs.
- Maintain a commitment to high service quality standards. Incorporate a strategic selling process in client interactions, build rapport with clients, and seek opportunities to deepen relationships.
- Find new opportunities to demonstrate value proposition, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Connect with clients to identify needs and ensure products meet their needs. Demonstrate opportunities to generate new sales leads. Refer clients to other line of business experts as needed, collaborating to ensure a seamless and rewarding client experience
- Develop, maintain, and grow our client portfolio. Obtain new clients and maintain a book of clients to increase sales opportunities.
- Represent Zeus Fitness and run a booth at local events and competitions.
- Coordinate and assist with the logistics of product sales.
- Ensure consistent follow-up on existing clients and provide ongoing advice and solutions.
- Comfortable with 100% commission pay structure.

**What you bring**:

- 2 years’ of client relations, proven sales experience within an sales operations or fitness environment.
- Ability to be mobile and have use of a vehicle with a valid drivers license.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely. (Work from home, with visits to the Zeus Fitness Warehouse as needed)
- Proven ability to uncover client needs through establishing rapport and listening to the client.
- Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with a variety of people.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, confident, and sales-oriented.
- Knowledge of health, wellness and fitness industry an asset.
- Proficient with technology, including use of social media and generating an strong online marketing presence.
