- The Information Management Specialist acts as the Project Specialist of automation technology for the project, managing the information technology, automation, and information/data management requirements for the project team. This position works in conjunction with lead Project Information Manager (PIM).- Assist in the set-up and administration of Project specific technology for data centric execution and delivery
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital themes, such as digital twin and Asset (Lifecycle) Information Management.
- Assist in the implementation of remote collaboration tools and procedures to support multi‐ office design reviews as well as training and collaboration sessions
- Produce applicable Project Information Management, Digital Project Delivery and Data Centric execution and implementation plans, diagrams, and documents
- Assist in the development and design of business work processes in support of project execution requirements
- Assist with Data Governance requirements to ensure standard execution and use of tools
- Support Project Automation with planning and project implementation of Engineering Design Systems (S3D, SPI, SPEL and others) and Engineering Data Management Systems (SPF, SDx and Fluor EPIC system)
- Interface with Information Technology Project Services (ITPS) to develop site IT infrastructure and automation plans.
- Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

**Basic Job Requirements**
- Accredited four (4) year degree in Engineering, Business or Computer Science preferred, or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years* of work‐related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years* if non‐degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of information systems, data management and digital concepts, including database technologies, engineering design systems, data integration and project data lifecycles
- Broad working knowledge of networks and information technology, preferred but not essential
- Strong organizational and project information management skills
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time‐conscious and time‐effective manner

**Other Job Requirements**
- Document and collaborate on system support and coordination
- Perform asset management for project/client assets
- Perform data management and quality activities for client turnover
