Demand Generation Manager

As a Demand Generation Manager at Avidbots, you will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B marketing initiatives to new heights. Leveraging your 7+ years of experience and deep understanding of demand generation strategies, you will collaborate closely with sales teams and employ your expertise in full-funnel marketing to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
This role requires a strong background in B2B tech environments, with a particular focus on developing and implementing successful demand generation strategies that lead to revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation strategies for both customer acquisition and customer expansion, that align with our business goals and target audience, driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Work in strong partnership with sales teams to build and maintain alignment between marketing and sales efforts throughout the entire buyer's journey.
- Collaborate closely with product and product marketing teams to deeply understand our offerings, target audience, and competitive landscape. Leverage this knowledge to develop demand generation strategies that effectively position our products and address customer pain points and positive business outcomes.
- Utilize your 5+ years of experience in demand generation within the B2B tech sector to design and execute effective campaigns across various channels, such as digital, field events, webinars, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Leverage your 3+ years of experience in working with full-funnel/revenue marketing strategies to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing initiatives that contribute to the sales pipeline and overall revenue objectives.
- Harness your knowledge of both digital and field marketing to create a balanced approach that reaches prospects through multiple touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually evolve and optimize our demand generation strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of overall marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and B2B tech environments.
- 5+ years of experience specifically in demand generation within a B2B tech company.
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales teams to drive revenue and deliver measurable results.
- 3+ years of experience in full-funnel/revenue marketing, showcasing your ability to drive prospects through the buyer's journey.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in account-based marketing (ABM).
- Strong understanding of both digital and field marketing strategies, with a history of creating integrated campaigns that leverage both approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and strategies for demand generation.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), and Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot - preferred, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
- Previous experience leading a small team, even if those teams consisted of interns, co-ops, or as a team lead (bonus)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
