We are looking for a Service Advisor.

The Service Advisor greets customers and gathers the required information in order to identify and define the repair and maintenance needs of their vehicle. In addition, the Technical Advisor sells maintenance services and organizes the scheduling of work while ensuring quality customer service.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and obtain information about their car;
- Open and close work orders;
- Transmit the correct information to the shop technician responsible for the vehicle;
- Communicate with the customer throughout the process to inform them of the progress of the work being done on their vehicle;
- Explain the nature of the work performed and all costs to the customer;
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and stress the importance of maintaining it according to the manufacturer's specifications;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction;
- Perform all other related duties as required and requested by management.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to suggest, advise and sell maintenance add-ons to customers;
- Knowledge of general mechanics;
- Computer skills
- Bilingualism;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Punctuality.
