**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Work within the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Center of Expertise to coordinate and support key strategic projects within the organization.
- Lead and coordinate the corporate HSE management system / ISO 45001 & 14001 certification
- Lead and coordinate the audit program, compliance management and perform trend analysis
- Harmonize HSE standards and share best practices across all sites
- Manage a portfolio of multisite projects; work hand in hand with site HSE teams and Operations as well as with all internal partners and key stakeholders to ensure project success
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health, Safety and Environment or related field;
- You have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
- You have knowledge & experience with ISO 45001 & 14001;
- You are dynamic and work well in a team.
- You are flexible in the face of changes in priorities and strategies that affect your project.
- You demonstrate organizational, communication and change management skills.
- You have the ability to think strategically, seek creative solutions, analyze and solve problems.
- You are autonomous, structured and able to coordinate the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are bilingual English/French (spoken and written).
