In your role, you will:

- Take charge of internship postings at various partner universities across Canada
- Ensure compliance with the legal aspects of recruitment and the relationship between employer and employee
- Participate in intern welcoming activities
- Continuously develop the Bombardier internship program in Canada, USA and Mexico.
- Develop and maintain KPI's and other measures of operational excellence for the team
- Coach employees and interns who support the internship experience team
- Interact with managers, human resources business partners and university placement services
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of the processes under your responsibility
- Ensure that established deadlines are met and enforced

**Qualifications**
- You have a technical degree in human resources or other related field
- You have 1 to 3 years experience in recruitment or other related human resources functions
- You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (French and English);
- You are proficient in the Office 365 suite
- You have experience with Microsoft SharePoint collaboration tools (is an asset)
- You have experience with SAP Success Factors software (is an asset)
- You are flexible in adapting to a changing environment and you learn quickly
- You have the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- You work well in a team environment and are known to contribute to a positive team spirit
- You are a detail-oriented and rigorous individual
