**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, as the Supply Chain Administrator you will be responsible for support in purchasing and inventory management.

What you’ll do:

- Assist in entry & vetting of equipment orders
- Assist in entry of replenishment orders
- Be a part of the interdepartmental communication with sales, warehouse and install teams regarding shipments replenishment orders and equipment deliveries
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager with other duties as required

What you’ll need:

- High School Diploma
- A Business Administration Certificate/Diploma is an asset
- Previous experience with inventory management, purchasing or supply chain is an asset
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of products including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5L 3H6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
