We work closely with area physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure that we offer the best possible care for our patients.

**Position Summary**

As a Pharmacy assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the pharmacy operations including greeting patients and confirming accuracy of prescriptions, dispensing medications, completing customer pickups, data entry, pharmacy inventory support, other technical/ administrative tasks and supporting specialty pharmacy programs such as Home Monitoring.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- 1 year of experience working as a pharmacy assistant or similar role OR an equivalent combination of work experience and education
- 1 year of experience in compounding would be considered as an asset.
- 1 year of experience using Kroll.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Customer service
- answering calls, attending customers etc.
- Ability to work proactively as a member of a dynamic team with minimum supervision.
- Adaptable and fast learner.

**Key Requirements**
- Some experience/education as pharmacy assistant or similar role
- Ability to stand for length of shift
- Ability to lift up to 15 kg (35 lbs)

**Experience**: Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

**Work Location**: Surrey, Vancouver BC ( In person)

**Language **:Punjabi/Hindi/Cantonese/Mandarin (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
