**Working Arrangement**

Manulife Bank is seeking a bilingual, highly motivated individual to join our Client Services, New Accounts team on a regular fulltime basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Meet quality, service level and productivity targets, while providing an exceptional client experience
- Empowered to make decisions that are in the best interest of the client and business, using sound risk assessment
- Ensure enhanced due diligence is applied for Related parties, Politically Exposed People, and High-Risk Clients
- Collaborate with internal partners to reduce effort, and to improve process and the client experience
- Hours are 9-5, with flexibility to work overtime during peak season and in high volume situations

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Bilingualism French & English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and solutioning skills
- A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure
- Open to change and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently or within team dynamics
