**This role is a 12 months expected need.**
**Your role**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Advertising, you are responsible for rolling out digital marketing campaigns in accordance with priorities and directions set by the Engagement Strategies team as well as with approved communications strategies.
**Key tasks**:
**Planning**
- Help develop relevant, high-impact digital strategies that meet business goals based on priorities and guidelines.
- Participate in discussions surrounding the development of user journeys and conversion tunnels.
- Share your expertise on the actions, content and initiatives most likely to generate reach and frequency on advertising platforms.
- Help determine budget allocations per digital tactic as well as the parameters allowing campaigns to achieve maximum effectiveness in line with goals and guidelines.
- Follow up as needed on the production of advertising material for digital campaigns.
**Rollout**
- Deploy and continually optimize ad campaigns on digital platforms.
- Track the budget for each digital tactic to ensure maximum ROI.
**Monitoring**
- Produce performance reports for the ad campaigns you conduct, based on predetermined key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute, as needed, to developing reports and recommendations on what actions should be taken to achieve goals.
**This is a hybrid role.**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or equivalent
- At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in a role with similar or comparable responsibilities related to engagement marketing
**Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of Business Manager, Creator Studio and Google Ads
- Meta Blueprint certification or commitment to obtaining certification within three (3) months of hiring a major asset
- Google Ads certification or commitment to obtaining certification within three (3) months of hiring a major asset
- Experience creating and running social media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify, Pinterest, etc.)
- Experience with a media organization an asset
- Keen interest in current events and good general knowledge
- Thorough, analytical mind
- Passion for organization and co-ordination
- Self-reliance, versatility and resourcefulness
- Creativity
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on schedule and on budget
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt flexibly to change
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
- Audience management experience an asset
