**Job Title**
Administrator, Trade Capture
**What is the opportunity?**_ _
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all activities related to trade capture operations in global markets for all client segments.
**What will you do?**
- Retrieve and or reserve trade information from clients
- Pre-verify all information and repair were necessary on ACE and input/authorize trades on ACE, Milvus
- Ensure all trade cancellations/correction are researched and dealt with in a timely manner and forwarded to the correct queue or area for processing
- Ensure all error codes generated by the system are reviewed and action taken to resolve
- Liaise with Client Service Delivery for trade instruction and STP issues.
- Identify fax or manual clients for possible automation.
- Suggest/implement processing improvements
**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- Solid knowledge of Trade Processing principles
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented qualities
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Strong team focus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet very strict deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and ensure accuracy/efficiency
**Nice-to-have**
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course
