Part Time Front Desk Receptionist

Markham, Canada Rifo Holding Group Inc. Full time

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Greet walk-in customers and direct them to contacts or service area
- Answer telephone calls and electronic inquires and transfer calls and messages
- Provide admin support to internal customers
- Monitor the usage of the office supplies and maintain inventory
- Communicate and manage outsourced contractors including telephone system, internet system Printer etc
- Coordinate with property management office

**Qualification**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative and Office Management
- 1 year or more of previous experience in an responsible administrative position
- Demonstrate advanced level of competency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with deadlines
- Ability to plan and coordinate special events
- Nice to be able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
