Fleming Baron (an ASSA ABLOY company) is looking for a **Customer Service and Estimating Manager**. This position will be on-site and based out of our Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada location.

ASSA ABLOY is a global leader in opening access solutions. Our Group focuses on the manufacturing of steel doors and frames within the commercial market catering to such industries as hospitality, healthcare, aerospace and defense, sports stadiums and educational markets.

**What would you do as our Customer Service and Estimating Manager?**

The Customer Service and Estimating Manager is responsible to lead the Customer Service and Estimating Team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, and on-time delivery. In this role you’ll be responsible to ensure that the team meets or exceeds its performance and quality objectives. You will coordinate with all departments to ensure that customer’s requirements and issues are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion.

**You will also**:

- Leads and coaches all Customer Service and Estimating Team members in their daily activities
- Responsible for the onboarding and continuous training and development of team members
- Measure and evaluate the productivity and quality of performance within the team
- Drive the development of system and process enhancements to ensure achievement of all Quality, Efficiency, and other goals
- Maintain employee and department efficiency and quality metrics
- Provide exceptional support for customers in a fast paced and technical product environment, including customer inquiries, pricing and discounts inquiries, order entry and order follow up and support after sales inquiries.
- Build strong relationships and understanding with customers, sales, team
- mates and support departments to ensure customer requirements are satisfied consistently.
- Act as the customer advocate within Fleming and Baron and provide timely and accurate updates to customers, sales, and internal departments.
- Work in partnership with sales team to help drive sales growth and uncover new opportunities with the customers
- Other duties as assigned

**The Skills and Experience you need**:

- University degree or technology related diploma
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Manufacturing and/or Building Material products knowledge is a huge plus
- Proven ability to provide excellent support for customers in a fast-paced environment and stressful environment with a sense of urgency and ability to interact with all support team members.
- Enjoys learning technical products and providing technical support and guidance for customers and team members.
- Excellent ability to communicate and work successfully within a team
- Thrives in a role that requires the ability to troubleshoot, take initiative and implement processes and actions to resolve issues.
- Ability to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution and build credibility internal and externally
- Successfully function effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Experience working closely with management and being comfortable to provide recommendations, implement new procedures and assist in developing new skills for co-workers.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
