Assistant Service Manager

Roy Foss Woodbridge is looking for an Assistant Service Manager to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the service department.

**About the Role**:

- Collaborate with our Director of Service to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our service department.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client leaves with a smile and their expectations exceeded.
- Take the wheel in coordinating service appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource management.
- Stay ahead of the pack by managing inventory and sourcing the best parts and equipment.
- Rev up our customer loyalty by resolving any service-related issues with skill and professionalism
- Assist in writing work orders in the drive thru area
- Ensure that the drive thru is running smoothly, and all advisors are implementing the “Roy Foss Drive-Thru Process”

**Here is what we require**:

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- At least 3-5 years of previous work experience in an automotive dealership.
- Superior management and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License and clean Driver Abstract
