**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Grain Quality Monitoring**:

- Monitor and assess grain quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain optimal grain conditions and prevent contamination.
- ** Inventory Management**:

- Utilize advanced monitoring technologies to track grain inventory levels and assess storage capacity.
- Optimize storage to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring efficient grain management.
- ** Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze data from monitoring systems and generate insightful reports on grain quality, inventory levels, and trends.
- Present findings to relevant stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.
- ** Technology Utilization**:

- Utilize and maintain grain monitoring systems and equipment, staying updated with advancements in grain monitoring technologies.
- ** Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment within grain storage facilities.
- ** Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any grain quality or storage issues promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and discuss improvements.

**Desired Qualifications & Traits**:

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role including the agility and strength required for safely climbing grain bins and performing inspections at elevated heights
- Certificate in Agronomy, or relevant related experience.
- Proven experience in grain quality monitoring, inventory management, or similar role would be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with grain monitoring technologies and software.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and wiring concepts would be an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
