Associate, Total Rewards and Systems

Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Transformation and Effectiveness, the Associate, Total Rewards and Systems works closely with team members in the People and Culture Office, providing functional and technical system support and administrative support. The Associate, Total Rewards and Systems is a key team player in ensuring system data integrity, within the HR information systems, and the overall efficient flow of information to support HR processes. As well, the Associate, Total Rewards and Systems leads administrative functions within the Organizational Transformation and Effectiveness portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Enters data for personnel changes in various systems and platforms (internal and external) within defined timelines. Assists in mass data entry events.
- Participates in audit processes of entries to validate accuracy of input.
- Performs cyclical audits of various HR entitlements. Investigates anomalies with key stakeholders. Plays a key role in their resolution based on standard procedures. Escalates issues, as appropriate.
- Participates in various system enhancements, related to but not limited to the HRIS systems.
- Provides administrative support, including but not limited to conference centre bookings, documentation and the coordination of training and other events,
- Provides front desk coverage periodically; addresses needs of visitors to the People and Culture office.
- Partners with the Manager, Organizational Transformation and Effectiveness in seeking opportunities for continuous quality and process improvement.
- Assists in organizing, planning and completing special projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience. Healthcare environment preferred.
- Graduate of a college program or equivalent. A post-secondary education in Human Resources Management is an asset.
- Ability to critically think through processes for problem solving.
- Significantly skilled with MS Office Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to generate Excel spreadsheets with advanced formatting and filtering options. Knowledge of advanced macros an asset
- Excellent attention to details skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines.
