Operations Coordinator

**Position Responsibility**
- Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day retail operational activities and transactions such as customer order processing, tracking inbound and outbound shipments, managing sales and inventory data, updating product information etc.
- Analysis of inventory adjustments including physical inventories and cycle counts
- Develop and manage operational controls in accordance with the company’s procedures and stream-line day-to-day operation processes
- Ensure operational data and activities are accurate and performed in line with company procedures
- Provide reports and analysis of company stock as required
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management and perform other duties as necessary
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language is mandatory
**Education and Qualifications Required**:
- University degree in Business/Accounting/Marketing/Analytics
- At least 0-2 years of retail and/or analytical experience
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google suite an asset
- Demonstrated analytical and math skills; ability to interpret and summarize data into insights
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills
- Experience in reporting and internal business operations an asset
- Creative ability when producing client facing deliverables to align with client aesthetic and formats
- Exceptional communication skills, and comfortable talking with a variety of different individuals
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language is mandatory
